Payments & Transactions — What Rules Apply from Deposit to Withdrawal?
All financial transactions on 1miba are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using approved payment methods, including mobile banking services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and other local payment gateways. Depositing from or withdrawing to third-party accounts is strictly prohibited — all transactions must be in the name of the registered account holder.

Account Suspension or Closure — When and Why It May Happen
1miba reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time without prior notice for the following reasons: serious violations of these Terms, fraudulent or deceptive activity, suspected money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, and operating multiple accounts. Where possible, users will be notified and given an opportunity to respond before their account is closed.
If an account is closed, any legitimate funds will be processed for withdrawal, though funds may be temporarily held during an ongoing investigation. Bonuses or promotional funds in accounts closed due to a breach of these Terms will be forfeited. Users may also voluntarily close their account at any time — please contact our support team to do so.
Any changes to these Terms & Conditions will be published on our platform and, where applicable, communicated via email or notification.
